The project company has secured the environmental licensing in accordance with the international financing and development institutions requirements and local environmental regulatory requirements.

• The project company has successfully concluded the project environmental and social impact assessment (ESIA) study which has been conducted by the international technical advisor.
• The project company has conducted the public hearing for the project’s environmental and social impact assessment (ESIA) study
• The project company has obtained the environmental license from the Palestinian Environmental Quality Authority (EQA).
• The environmental license is being renewed by the Project Company on annual basis and the last is valid until November 2022.
