The Palestine Pension Fund Authority was established under the Public Pension Law No. (7) of 2005, which aims to establish a united system for the current pension systems in Palestine to include all segments of Palestinian society under one umbrella in the Palestine Pension Fund Authority, and to achieve prosperity and equality to Palestinians at every level. The law applies to the public sector and the Palestinian security forces.
